Dear LinkedIn community, today we have an exciting project update! We are delighted to share that we reached our first milestone within ProFIT AMBER project named "Development of a perfusion system for vascularized, printed organ models", which is performed in partnership with Technical University of Berlin and funded by European Regional Development Fund. A significant achievement within this milestone is the development of an innovative tissue chamber able to perfuse the vascularized printed organ model. Successful long term cultivations of fibroblasts were performed by that original technology using the set up displayed in the image hereunder. Feature spotlight! 🚀 Today, we want to spotlight a feature of the OSPIN Webapp that can help you easily compare data from different devices in your process: Synchronising Graphs! 📈 📉 It must have happened to you. You find an interesting aspect in your process data from one device and want to see how other parameters behaved during the same time. Usually, you have to find and zoom into the same data points manually for each parameter. But with OSPIN's Synaptic Lab Webapp, you can easily get this information by clicking “Synchronise all x-axis”. Based on the graph from which you activate this feature, all other graphs will automatically show the same time frame, making it easy to compare time points and see dependencies. EMAPS-Cardio is celebrating World Heart Day 2023! Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the world’s number one killer. Despite this, the number of approved cardiac drugs is dwindling, as cardiac drug candidates are tested on living tissue and animals, which fall short in predicting drug effects in humans. But don’t lose heart – there’s hope: The EMAPS-Cardio project is set to turn the tide in cardiovascular drug development.
